Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to support sales team and R&D team for customers’ feedback and complaints.
• Must have full knowledge of room AC, its construction and defect /fault analysis and repair with corrective action.
• Must have knack to support the customers in need and spares parts management and stocking.
Education and Abilities:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical
• Must have experience in handling AC Service and Quality team, spare parts management and customer support.
